American Heart Association Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course

The AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as: Correctional Officers, Childcare workers, Security guards, Maintenance workers, School personnel, Hotel housekeepers, Health and fitness club staff, and Tattoo artists.
Choose Your Training Style
Traditional Classroom Training
- All portions of the training are performed in one setting with an instructor.
- Courses can be taught in office, or on-site at the students location in a group setting.
- Upon successful completion of the course and test, a digital e-card will be issued.
Blended Online Learning With In- Person Practice/Skills Session
- For students pressed for time, or who prefer to learn in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
- Blended learning course is purchased by student separately and completed at home. Student brings completion certificate to in-person skills session.
- Practice/skills session is then scheduled with Steel City Healthcare Training in office or on-site at the students location.
